Vysya Bank requires certain documents to verify applicant's identity, age, proof of residence, income and financial stability etc along with a duly-filled application form and the processing fee check in order to sanction a request for home loan. For identification, age and resident proof, the applicant can submit a valid passport, PAN Card, photo credit card, photo driving license, photo ration card, voter ID or photo ID card of reputed agencies.
Minimum three months of pay slips for salaried employee and income tax returns for the past three years for self employed customers along with a number of other documents are necessary to show income proof. Bank statement, form 16 and credit card statement are the other documents required for obtaining home loans from ING Vysya Bank Limited. |
